We grant you a limited, freely revocable and non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of the Site. This limited license does not include the right to:

APPLICABLE LAW
The Terms and Conditions of the Site, of which the Personal Data Privacy Policy is an integral part, as well as any amendment or change thereof, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, (with the exception of its conflict of law provisions). We both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
AMMENDMEND OF THE TERMS
You acknowledge and agree that the Terms and Conditions, of which the Personal Data Privacy Policy is an integral part, constitute the complete and only agreement between us concerning your use of the Site.
We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site. Any such amendment shall be effective once it is posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site entails your agreement to the Terms and Conditions. We may, without prior notice, terminate any of the rights granted by the Terms and Conditions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
